If i see one more person walking their dog at the park on a 90 degree day with the dog lagging behind them with it's tongue dragging on the ground,....AND THE OWNER IS NOT CARRYING A WATER BOTTLE......I AM GOING TO GO POSTAL!
I saw a Bulldog in this situation at the park, obviously in distress. I asked the owner if his dog would like some water, he said he has some back at the car. IT'S AT THE OTHER SIDE OF THE PARK ONE MILE AWAY......AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH! POSTAL!

How was the owner not dying of thirst and heat at that point? Some people truly just don't get it...that poor bulldog! And to refuse an offer of water when they do not have theirs with them...ugh!
